Your product is known best by the subject matter experts in your organization. That's why I work primarily with product management, support and sales engineering. The goal is to bridge the knowledge gap between the tech side and the business side of the organization.

 

I focus on the internal perception first. Why? Because your employees are the most important source and multiplier for crafting an authentic external communication. Capturing your experts’ views is key to understanding and communicating the product comprehensively. I use qualitative research approaches - mainly structured interviews and group discussions.

After capturing all the knowledge, I use it to develop clear positioning and messages that are understood and supported by the entire company. The objective is to find a common perspective of your product. Great communication manages perceptions. It is not about what you say - but how you are perceived. I typically focus on the perception of two external audiences: First, the practitioner, who works with your solution. Second, the business side that needs to understand the overall value your solution provides to their organization. Influencing both external perceptions positively will make your software marketing effective and strongly influence the buying decision.

As a driving force in marketing communications, knowledge and product management, I have managed numerous projects and implemented them successfully. Having a strong background in communication sciences, I can provide a broad spectrum of concepts, methods and processes with which I successfully transform your product communication.

Our cooperation is confidential, which is why I do not work with case studies. My consulting mandate will be defined in a non-disclosure agreement. 

 

A large part of my work consists of guiding you through an active positioning process of your saas or on-premise solution. Your input and requirements play a central role in the final result. This co-creation approach leads to alignment and allows us to actively shape the transformation process together.
